A new colourway for the CRISPI® professional-grade chainsaw protection boot, the Forst KL2 in Black.
CRISPI® introduced its first chainsaw boot, designed specifically for the forestry and arb sector, in 2020, the Forst KL2 in Orange. The new updated version retains the technical specifications of the original orange model but caters to professionals seeking a more “subdued aesthetic,” says Outwear.
Key features designed for the toughest environments!
Developed and tailored specifically for forestry and arboriculture workers, Outwear states that the Forst KL2 combines a lightweight, comfortable design with protective durability.
Weighing approximately 930 grams, the boot features water-repellent leather uppers, Gore-Tex® Performance Comfort lining for waterproofing and a Vibram® Megagrip sole with shock-absorbing polyurethane midsole.
Safety elements include an aluminium and external rubber toe cap and chainsaw protection that meets European Class 2 standards. Additionally, CRISPI® Thermo Wire Technology, visible on the side of the boot, provides protection, stability and support for uneven terrain without adding bulk.
Outwear is the exclusive UK and Ireland importer and distributor of the Italian footwear brand CRISPI®. It confirmed the black model came on sale in mid-April following strong demand for the original orange version over the past five years.
The KL2 in Black is available in UK sizes 4 to 12 (EU 39-47) and retails at £270.
