DELIVERY
Dispatching Items
Orders placed through this website by 2 pm will be dispatched the same working day (or the subsequent Monday for weekend orders), subject to stock availability.
You will receive an email or text message (depending on details provided during ordering process) letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
Whilst we guarantee to dispatch in-stock items the same day (If ordered before 2pm on a weekday), we cannot guarantee exact delivery date/time against factors beyond our control e.g. courier delivery failures, bad weather conditions and manufacturer stock issues.
Delivery Charges
Delivery for orders to mainland Great Britain is free if your order is over £100. If your order is under £100 then there is a delivery charge of £7.50.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be charged £10. (For customers in the Republic of Ireland, please note that we don’t quote for any possible customs charges you may incur and, if any are due, this will be at the cost of the customer).
Not going to be in?
Once your order has been dispatched, our courier will attempt delivery twice on consecutive days. If the courier needs to try a third attempt, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We usually use a courier service to deliver larger items, which normally requires a signature. If you are likely to be out when our delivery is due, you may enter delivery instructions (e.g. ‘please leave with neighbour’ or ‘please leave parcel in porch’) in the order notes as you check out. However, if you do ask for goods to be left on your property (e.g. in the porch or shed) while you are out, the courier will be unable to get a signature, so this is at your own risk.
International Deliveries
We do not offer international deliveries, please visit www.crispi.it/it to find a Distributor or Stockist near to you.
SIZE EXCHANGE
Can I exchange my boots?
When ordering online we appreciate that it can often be hard picking out the right size. We hope that our European to UK conversion chart will help you when making this decision.
If they are not quite right, we are always happy to exchange them for a different size.
Boots can only be returned if they have been tested for sizing indoors, and are still in brand new condition.
They must be returned in their original packaging and include a completed returns form. Please ensure that you state the new size you would like your boots to be exchanged for.

To return your product, you should post your product to: Outwear Ltd, Unit 2 Sydney Place, Lockerbie, DG11 2JA with a returns form or details.

Cost of exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received the boots, we will dispatch the replacement size without any additional carriage charges. This applies to the first exchange only. Any further exchanges will incur additional delivery charges, in addition to the return shipping costs for sending back incorrect sizes.
How long does an exchange take?
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your boots have been received, we will ship your new boots the next working day.
We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURNS
Can I return my items?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from CRISPI UK, you may return it to us within 14 days from the purchase date.
Returned good must be in an unworn/unused and saleable condition for a refund. We cannot refund any items which have been worn outside.
Please be careful to return the goods in their original box or packaging and we reserve the right to refuse refunds where goods are not returned in a saleable condition.
We are unable to offer a refund for any socks that are out of their original packaging.

How long does a return take
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
How long does my warranty last
All our boots come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which is in place from the moment your boots are purchased.
Boots bought through an approved retailer
If you bought your boots through an approved CRISPI Retailer please contact them directly so that they can follow the correct process for you.
Boots bought through the Crispi UK website
Please email with our UK distributor, Outwear Ltd: info@outwear.co.uk
Include:
– A brief description of the issue
– Attach a proof of purchase
– Attach images of the issue
We will evaluate the images, and you will be provided with a warranty reference number. We will then request that your boots are sent back for inspection, which will allow us to decide on your warranty claim.
We will not inspect any boot which are sent back wet or unclean. Boots should be washed down and dried before sending them to our warranty team. We reserve the right to return any pair of boots which are send back wet or unclean.
We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please also include your returns address.
Boots bought second hand
The manufacturer’s warranty does not transfer if the item is sold second hand, only the original purchaser can make a warranty claim.
